UK Standard delivery = £5.00 for parcels up to 1kg in weight
= £10.00 for parcels up above 1kg
UK Free Delivery is only available on orders over £75.00**
European Standard delivery = £10.00 for parcels up to 1kg in weight
= £15.00 for parcels above 1kg

Items purchased online can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase. A copy of your purchase order or email delivery receipt will need to be checked before any refunds can be processed. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage when returning your item.
Returning by post:
If you decide to return your item by post, it should be well packaged and include your purchase information. Your items must be returned to Mi Chica within the 28-day time frame.
Returning to the shop:
Alternatively, you may visit the local store with your original proof of purchase.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions, etc. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with the tags still attached.
Grooming products, pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
we recommend you use a recorded service, so your parcel can be easily tracked. We cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.
Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your return and refund. It can take your bank a further 2-10 days to show this refund in your account. If you have any problems with your order, we ask that you let us know within 7 days.
All The decisions to issue a refund will be made on an individual order basis.
